All video production work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before production begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due upon delivery of final files.
Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered video content for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. Raw footage remains the property of VideoLensInsight unless a full buyout is agreed in writing.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the fee paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
